I'm Deb I'm over 50 and my passion is to help & support you so you can feel strong, fit & energised for life. The main reason I exercise is for the quality of life I enjoy.

I believe that when you feel healthy, fit & strong you can achieve anything.

I was a late starter into fitness & didn't start exercising until I was nearly 50.

I've experienced what it feels like to start training with little to no fitness and how my health, mental & physical has improved since getting healthy fit & strong. I now have energy to burn and would love to share this with you.

My qualifications are

  • Cert III in Fitness SIS30310AUSTRALIAN INSTUTITE OF FITNESS

  • Cert IV in Fitness SIS40210AUSTRALIAN INSTUTITE OF FITNESS

  • Senior first aid AUSTRALIAN INSTUTITE OF FITNESS

  • Master trainer level 1 AUSTRALIAN INSTUTITE OF FITNESS

  • Cert in Pre and Post Natal Exercise FITNESS INSTITUTE OF AUSTRALIA

My passion is working with women to empower them to reach their health and fitness goals while having fun and ultimately feel good, be healthy and enjoy life to its fullest. I have personally experienced the enormous benefits of fitness training to my own health and wellbeing and I feel really passionate about helping others to achieve their own health and fitness goals and to be their best self.
